Like a stylized version of the Plaka in Athens, this dramatic restaurant comes alive with whitewashed walls, large-scale decorations in the classical style, table umbrellas, and beautiful European diners. The snipping of fresh herbs into bowls full of olive oil starts the evening off. Classic salads-of lentil, chick-pea, or smoked carproe-and a signature pile of paper-thin fried vegetables are delicious appetizers. You can pick a fish from the display of fresh seafood flown in everyday, and have it grilled whole.
