The Yoga Zone was founded in Manhattan in 1992 by Yoga Master Alan Finger, who has studied and practiced yoga for over 35 years. First yoga studios were small and very friendly to all people wishing to rejuvenate and escape from stressful city life. Very soon the Yoga Zone gained the popularity.
Today the Yoga Zone Studio in Old Brookville, New York welcome to reap the plentiful benefits of Alan Finger's yoga. Classes vary from athletic workouts to soothing, gentle sessions. Whether a guest has tried yoga before or not, he or she will be motivated to experience the benefits of yoga. The professional instructors provide friendly, encouraging instruction that is easy-to-follow and shows modifications to accommodate fitness capabilities of the guests. The guests can also practice Anusara yoga, which is a style of Hatha yoga that integrates universal principles of alignment and balanced energy action.
